The Spinal wave

The spinal wave is a natural movement present in the human body. It is associated with nervous system function and the body’s capacity to adapt to everyday physical and environmental demands. Over time, factors such as physical, emotional, or environmental stress may influence nervous system function and create areas of tension along the spine. These tensions may affect how the spinal wave is expressed in the body. The spinal wave can present in different ways. Some people experience gentle, visible movement, while others experience a more subtle expression such as a breathing rhythm or internal sensation. All expressions are normal. The presence or absence of visible movement is not an indicator of outcomes. The Spinal Flow Technique is a non invasive wellness based approach that involves gentle contact at specific points along the spine and nervous system. Its purpose is to support nervous system relaxation, body awareness, and overall balance. This approach is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
