About me
I’m Rima Nasreddine, a certified Spinal Flow practitioner. For over three decades, I’ve been dedicated to natural health, guided by a deep belief that the body has an innate intelligence and natural ability to restore balance.
Over the years, I’ve practiced homeopathy and Reiki, taught homeopathy, and spoken at international conferences. I’ve also had the privilege of volunteering as a homeopath in developing countries, supporting individuals facing significant health challenges. These experiences have shown me the essential role of emotions and energy in supporting overall well-being and lasting balance.

I am highly qualified, experienced, registered with a professional association, and fully insured in my practice.
When I discovered the Spinal Flow Technique, it felt like a natural extension of everything I had learned, a gentle approach that aligns with my holistic view of health. It supports the connection between the nervous system, emotions, and vital energy, helping the body release tension and support its natural balance.
I’m also the mother of two. My life journey, rich, beautiful, and at times demanding, has shaped my empathy, intuition, and capacity to hold space. One of my children, who is neurodivergent, has experienced unique challenges that have deepened my understanding of supporting others and the importance of creating a space that is safe, respectful, and human.
Today, I welcome you into my warm, peaceful practice in Outremont, where I offer Spinal Flow sessions with presence, sensitivity, and intention, to help you reconnect with your vitality, inner calm, and joy. Welcome.
